Continuous Improvement
We believe that as leaders, teachers must lead by
example and exhibit a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
Using data to drive instruction, teachers must seek out the latest
techniques and research in order to effectively instruct all children.

School Environment
We believe that communication within the
school will promote an environment where staff members are valued,
appreciated, and connected. Teachers should strive to create an
atmosphere where consistent discipline is part of the school culture, thus
allowing students to be academically challenged.

Faculty/Staff
We believe that the staff should support each other as
they prioritize student achievement. Teachers must be cognizant and
empathetic towards the diverse backgrounds of our students. We believe
in providing a safe loving environment where students can achieve success
regardless of race religion or gender. |
Learning
We believe that teachers should use a variety of
teaching approaches to engage students. These approaches include but
are not limited to hands on experiences, exploration, and positive
reinforcement. We believe student achievement is the number one
priority that can be accomplished by setting high expectations and
accountability for teachers and students.

Diversity
We believe every individual has unique gifts and
talents to offer society. To that end, we believe that diversity
should be embraced, celebrated, and appreciated.
